Green Bay at San Francisco Prediction and Analysis

Alright boys, stop thinking about Katherine Webb for a few minutes, get your head together and wipe the slobber from underneath your chin. Now that I have your attention; you know the drill. It’s playoffs baby.

Colin Kaepernick was insane last game against the Cardinals; completing 16-of-28 passes for 276 yards, and don’t forget who he has on his team in Frank Gore, Bruce Miller, and the always impressive Michael Crabtree.

Kaepernick faces a very competitive Green Bay Packers team who is not short of amazing, let’s remember that. Aaron Rodgers didn’t have to work too hard last week against the Vikings, who suffered from losing Christian Ponder (even though I don’t think him starting would have really made a difference). Rodgers did complete 23-of-33 passes for 274 yards and a running touchdown for 12 yards, while Ponder watched in the same seat Tim Tebow sits.  The bench.

I used every type of system to figure this one out.  Didn’t flip the coin, but almost.  I really don’t see the 49ers winning the Super Bowl, but I don’t see the Packers winning this game.  Kaepernick absolutely brings it to Candlestick and his fans back him up like crazy when he plays.  Both quarterbacks are extremely athletic with an equally athletic and strong team behind them.  I also feel compelled to say Clay Matthews has a beautiful mane.

The Niners should take this win. Remember Clay, lather, rinse, repeat.
