Jets 38, Bills 14

LaDainian Tomlinson and Dustin Keller both scored a pair of touchdowns to power the New York Jets to a 38-14 win over the host Buffalo Bills on Sunday.

Keller scored twice in less than a two-minute span in the third quarter. New York (3-1) has won three straight, all against AFC East competition.

The Jets raced out to a 17-0 lead and never looked back. Tomlinson opened the scoring with a 1-yard touchdown plunge on New York’s first possession. Following a Nick Folk field goal, Mark Sanchez connected with Braylon Edwards for a 41-yard touchdown.

Buffalo (0-4) only had the ball for nine minutes in the first half but got on the scoreboard late in the second half on a 4-yard touchdown pass from Ryan Fitzpatrick to David Martin to cut the deficit to 17-7.

But the Jets blew the game open in the third quarter. Brad Smith, lining up in the Wildcat formation, threw a 3-yard touchdown pass to Keller.

Following a fumble by Marshawn Lynch on the next possession, the Jets took over at the Buffalo 23 and scored three plays later on a 2-yard pass from Sanchez to Keller.

Tomlinson finished with 133 yards on 19 carries and Shonn Greene added 117 yards on 22 carries as New York rushed for 273 yards in the game.

Sanchez was 14 for 24 passing for 161 yards and two touchdowns.
