October 19th Florida State @ Clemson
This match-up is one of the most exciting games remaining on the entire college calendar. Both teams have been firing on all cylinders recently and it has all the hallmarks of a classic. Florida State’s bye-week precedes the game while Clemson face Boston College. Jameis Winston will be an instant legend if he wins this one.
November 2nd Miami @ Florida State
If Florida State takes down Clemson then Miami will have their shot to rule the roost in the ACC. On the flip side, if the Seminoles lose to Clemson on October 19th this game will define their season. A loss to both Miami and Clemson would be disastrous, while defeating both will put them in with a shout of going to the BCS National Championship game in January.
November 9th Virginia Tech @ Miami
Similar to the match-up above, a team could come into this game in dire need of a win to keep their season on track. If Virginia Tech keep winning they will be comfortable inside with AP Poll top-20. Meanwhile, Miami will either trying to stop a slide down the poll or cement a position inside the top-ten.
November 30th Virginia Tech @ Virginia
A Cody Journell field-goal as time expired lifted the Hokies over their state rivals in 2012. It was a heart-breaking loss for the Cavaliers who left it all on the field after a relatively poor season. This year’s match-up not only is a chance of personal revenge for Virginia, but it could serve up an opportunity to ruin the Hokies’ post-season aspirations.
November 16th Maryland @ Virginia Tech
Both teams currently have a loss apiece and could be fighting for the same Bowl spots come December. Maryland were ranked No. 25 before being trounced by Florida State, however, the Terrapins have shown enough this season that they have what it takes to win games. It will be fun to watch sophmore wide receiver Stefon Diggs go up against Kyle Fuller.
