The Colorado Rockies might have been dealt a devastating long-term blow on Sunday. All-Star third baseman and MVP candidate Nolan Arenado exited Sunday's game in the fifth inning after being hit on the hand by Miami Marlins starter Vance Worley.
The injury itself looked really bad with Arenado being forced from the game immediately.
There will definitely be an update on the All-Star's status later on Sunday. But for now, fans in Colorado and fantasy baseball owners the world over are holding their breaths.
Arenado entered Sunday's action with a .313 average and a league-leading 100 RBI. We'll have updates as soon as they become available.
