Giants at Phillies

Odubel Herrera and the Philadelphia Phillies look to build on a big night at the plate when they host the San Francisco Giants on Tuesday for the second of a four-game set. Herrera extended his on-base streak to 36 games - third most in franchise history - after belting two homers and knocking in five runs as the Phillies rolled over the Giants 11-0 on Monday for just their third victory in nine contests.

Herrera passed Chase Utley (35 games in 2006) and is two behind Jimmy Rollins (38, 2005-06) for the second-longest on-base streak in the record book for Philadelphia, which finished with 12 hits Monday and improved to 12-5 at home. Right-hander Aaron Nola goes after his fourth straight win for the Phillies, who have not won back-to-back contests since a four-game run April 19-22, while veteran left-hander Derek Holland gets the call for San Francisco. The Giants registered 33 runs during a four-game winning streak before leaving nine on base in the series opener and giving up four homers to even their record at 9-9 on the road. Former MVP Andrew McCutchen is 10-for-23 during a seven-game hitting streak for San Francisco after managing a single in four at-bats Monday.
