Mets at Marlins
The New York Mets can clinch a series win on the road for the first time since April when they play the second of three games at the Miami Marlins on Saturday night. Amed Rosario had three hits and two RBIs to back a solid effort by starter Zack Wheeler as the Mets opened the set with a 6-2 win Friday.
Austin Jackson added three hits, two runs scored and an RBI for New York, which has not won a series away from Queens since taking two of three at San Diego from April 27-29. Jackson has back-to-back three-hit efforts and is batting .472 with nine RBIs in 12 games since joining New York late last month. He is hitless in three at-bats in his career against Dan Straily, who starts Saturday for the Marlins. The Mets are 5-2 at Miami this year and will try to stay in control of the season series when they turn to rookie Corey Oswalt.

PITCHING MATCHUP: Mets RH Corey Oswalt (1-2, 5.13 ERA) vs. Marlins RH Dan Straily (4-5, 4.35)
Oswalt surrendered three runs or fewer in five consecutive starts and lasted six innings for just the second time in a matchup with the Atlanta Braves on Sunday. He has not made an appearance on the road since July 4 and enters with a 7.94 ERA away from home. The Marlins got to the San Diego native for six runs over 2 2/3 frames en route to an 8-2 win over the Mets on June 29 in Miami.
Straily is 0-1 with a 6.14 ERA over his last three starts, although he allowed just one hit across 5 1/3 innings in a no-decision his last time out at Philadelphia. He gave up three runs in seven frames against the New York Mets on July 1 and one run over six innings in another matchup on May 23. The 29-year-old has a 3.21 ERA in six career starts versus the Mets.
