Reds 10, Orioles 5

The teams combined for nine home runs as the Cincinnati Reds outslugged the Baltimore Orioles 10-5 on Saturday at Camden Yards.

Joey Votto hit two of the Reds' five home runs — the 100th and 101st of his career — and drove in five runs. Both of Votto's home runs were against Baltimore lefthander Brian Matusz (1-3). Votto entered the game with only one home run against lefthanded pitchers this season.

The Reds hit three off their home runs against Matusz and two against reliever Brad Bergesen.

Reds starter Bronson Arroyo (7-6), who has allowed more home runs (169) since 2006 than any other National League pitcher, gave up all four of Baltimore's home runs.

Both teams set season-highs for home runs in a game.

The win is Cincinnati's third in 11 interleague games and its first road win against an American League team this season.
