Travis Buck's two-run homer in the seventh inning propelled the Cleveland Indians to a 2-1 victory over the visiting Cincinnati Reds on Saturday afternoon.
Homer Bailey and Josh Tomlin each tossed six scoreless innings before Scott Rolen's RBI groundout in the seventh.
The Indians answered in the bottom half when Asdrubal Cabrera led off with a base hit and Buck launched a two-out shot to right center against Bailey (3-1).
Tomlin (6-1) pitched seven innings, allowed three hits and struck out three. Vinnie Pestano and Chris Perez each tossed an inning of shutout relief, with Perez earning his 12th save.
Bailey allowed four hits and struck out four. Ryan Hanigan had two of Cincinnati's four hits.
The Indians (28-15) have the best record in baseball.
