Phillies 6, Marlins 4

Jimmy Rollins led off the game with a home run and Ross Gload drove in two runs as the visiting Philadelphia Phillies beat the Florida Marlins 6-4 on Monday.

Despite Rollins' 36th leadoff homer, the Phillies had to rally for their 13th win in 18 games. Gaby Sanchez put the Marlins ahead with a two-run double in the second, and Florida led 3-1 before Philadelphia's three-run third inning.

Gload had RBI singles in the third and fifth.

Phillies starter Joe Blanton (1-1), in his first start since coming off the disabled list, allowed three runs on eight hits over five innings. He walked two and struck out two.

Ryan Madson worked a scoreless ninth for his fourth save.

Sanchez was 3-for-4 with a double, a home run and three RBIs, and Chris Coghlan was 3-for-4 with an RBI for the Marlins.

Marlins starter Javier Vazquez (2-3) allowed six runs - five earned - on nine hits in 4 1/3 innings.

Shane Victorino went 1-for-4 to extend his hitting streak to 12 games for the Phillies, who have won 11 of the past 13 meetings with the Marlins.
