Anibal Sanchez tossed a one-hitter and John Buck had a two-run single as the Florida Marlins posted a 3-0 victory over the host Pittsburgh Pirates on Saturday.
Rookie Matt Dominguez collected three hits for Florida, which is 2-0 on its 11-game road trip.
Sanchez (8-7) allowed a one-out double by Neil Walker in the second inning en route to his second win in 16 starts. The righthander walked three and struck out a season high-tying 11 in tossing his third complete game and second shutout this year.
Buck gave Sanchez a 2-0 lead in the third inning and Donnie Murphy followed with a sacrifice fly to complete the scoring.
Pittsburgh's Jeff Locke (0-1) lasted five innings in his major league debut as he yielded three runs and five hits while walking four.
