Mayberry opened the scoring with a two-run single in the second and added a bases-clearing double in the eighth. He has nine RBIs in his last two games.
Worley (5-1) yielded one run on three hits to secure his third straight victory.
Ryan Madson returned from the disabled list to strike out a pair in a scoreless seventh inning.
Carlos Beltran belted a solo homer and scored on a wild pitch for New York, which has lost three straight and four of its last five games.
R.A. Dickey (4-8) permitted four runs on six hits in seven innings.
