Ibanez led off the 10th inning with a double and came around to score on Carlos Ruiz's bunt single when Hawkins (1-1) threw wildly to first base.
Cliff Lee saw his scoreless streak come to an end after 31 innings when Yuniesky Betancourt collected his fourth RBI of the series with a run-scoring single in the second. The stretch was the second longest this season for Lee, who tossed 34 scoreless innings from June 11-July 3.
Rookie Michael Stutes (6-1) retired the side in the ninth to pick up the win and Ryan Madson worked the 10th for his 30th save of the season.
Corey Hart and Ryan Braun had two hits apiece for Milwaukee, which has dropped five in a row. The Brewers saw their lead in the NL Central dip to six after the St. Louis Cardinals recorded a 4-3 win over the Atlanta Braves on Saturday.
