Blue Jays 2, Astros 1

Ryan Goins chopped an RBI groundout to cap a two-run rally in the top of the ninth inning as visiting Toronto got to the Houston bullpen to snap a seven-game losing streak.

After Astros starter Dallas Keuchel tossed seven scoreless innings and Josh Fields worked the eighth, Chia-Jen Lo (0-2) loaded the bases on two walks and a single before issuing a third free pass to push across the tying run. After a strikeout of Kevin Pillar, Goins grounded one to second to plate the decisive run as the Blue Jays kept the Astros from recording their first home sweep of the season.

Casey Janssen loaded the bases in the bottom of the ninth before getting 31-year-old rookie Cody Clark, who was making his first career start, to ground out to second to pick up his 23rd save. Toronto starter Mark Buehrle (10-7) allowed one run in eight superb innings, striking out seven while winning his fifth straight decision - two of which have come against Houston.

Keuchel let up just four hits and three walks before turning a 1-0 lead over to the bullpen. The Astros picked up their lone run when Matt Dominguez walked to lead off the second, moved to third on a pair of singles and came home on a double play.

Jonathan Villar had three hits and Robbie Grossman added two for Houston, which last recorded a sweep at home May 21-23, 2012.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Toronto won for the first time in six games all-time at Houston. ... Buehrle has reached double digits in victories in 13 straight seasons. ... Toronto returns home to host the New York Yankees on Monday. Houston heads to Chicago to take on the White Sox.
