Dee Gordon went 4-for-4, scored two runs and reached base five times as host Los Angeles snapped Colorado’s five-game winning streak.

Yasiel Puig went 3-for-5 and Matt Kemp had two hits and two RBIs for the Dodgers, who collected 15 hits en route to their third win in the last four games. Hyun-Jin Ryu (8-3) allowed one run on three hits over six frames after posting a 5.73 ERA in two earlier starts against Colorado this season.

Gordon tripled with one out in the third and scored on a throwing error by left fielder Charlie Blackmon to begin the scoring, and Kemp added an RBI single two batters later. Colorado’s Tyler Matzek (1-1) labored through five innings in his second major-league start and yielded three runs on 10 hits.

Wilin Rosario had two of Colorado’s four hits, including a two-out solo homer in the fourth. Los Angeles answered in the fifth when Puig singled to begin the inning and later scored on A.J. Ellis’ RBI single.

The Dodgers extended their lead to 5-1 in the sixth against Chris Martin as Hanley Ramirez singled in Gordon and scored on Kemp’s two-out double off the center-field wall. The top three batters in Colorado’s lineup – Blackmon, Brandon Barnes and Troy Tulowitzki – were a combined 0-for-11 with three strikeouts.
