Dodgers 4, Rockies 2
Hanley Ramirez and Matt Kemp homered while Carlos Triunfel went deep for the first time in his career to lead host Los Angeles to its fourth win in five games.
Zack Greinke (9-3) joined St. Louis' Adam Wainwright and Cincinnati's Alfredo Simon as the only nine-game winners in the National League after yielding one run and striking out five in six innings. Three relievers bridged the gap to Kenley Jansen, who allowed a pair of hits in the ninth before earning his 15th straight save and 20th of the season.
Wilin Rosario and Corey Dickerson (three hits) drove in a run while Troy Tulowitzki recorded three hits to increase his major league-leading average to .361 for Colorado, which stranded 13 baserunners. Jhoulys Chacin (1-5) allowed three runs and struck out five in six innings as the Rockies lost their second straight game after winning five in a row.
Ramirez gave the Dodgers a 2-0 lead with two out in the third with his 11th homer while Kemp led off the fourth by belting his seventh to make it 3-0. Ramirez left in the seventh with an injury to his right ring finger and was replaced by Triunfel, who delivered a one-out blast in the seventh to put Los Angeles ahead 4-2.
Colorado loaded the bases with none out in the sixth but scored only once on Rosario's sacrifice fly. Dickerson's hard grounder caromed off Ramirez's hand and into center field for an RBI double in the seventh before Brandon League retired Rosario on a groundout with the bases loaded to escape further trouble.
