Dodgers 4, Diamondbacks 3
PHOENIX -- Enrique Hernandez had three hits, scored twice and drove in a run, and Brett Anderson won his third consecutive start as the Los Angeles Dodgers edged the Arizona Diamondbacks 4-3 Wednesday at Chase Field.
Hernandez tripled and scored in the first inning, then doubled home a run and scored in a three-run third inning to give Anderson (5-4) a 4-0 lead.
Dodgers second baseman Howie Kendrick drove in two runs with a single and a sacrifice fly. He has reached base in all 12 games against the Diamondbacks this season.
Anderson gave up seven hits and one run while striking out seven in seven innings. The left-hander has allowed five earned runs with 22 strikeouts in his past 28 innings over four starts.
Los Angeles (45-35) won for the sixth time in eight games. The Dodgers finished 6-4 on their road trip, their first winning trip in seven this season.
Kenley Jansen gave up a homer to left fielder David Peralta in the ninth but still recorded his 13th save.
Second baseman Aaron Hill hit his fourth homer with one out in the sixth inning and added a sacrifice fly off right-hander Yimi Garcia in the eighth as the Diamondbacks (37-41) lost for the fifth time in seven games.
Center fielder A.J. Pollock had three hits for Arizona. First baseman Paul Goldschmidt went 0-for-3 with a walk, breaking an 11-game hitting streak.
Arizona left-hander Robbie Ray (2-4) gave up seven hits and four runs in six innings.
Hernandez, Los Angeles' center fielder, tripled on the second pitch of the game and scored on Kendrick's sacrifice fly for a 1-0 lead.
Catcher A.J. Ellis doubled to open the third and scored on Hernandez's double inside the third base bag. Kendrick singled to drive in Hernandez, and third baseman Justin Turner doubled in Kendrick for a 4-0 lead.
Arizona had nine baserunners against Anderson in the first five innings but did not score. Two were erased on baserunning errors in the first inning. and the Dodgers turned a double play in the fifth.

The Dodgers do not play Thursday before opening a three-game series against the New York Mets on Friday night at Dodger Stadium. ... Arizona LHP Patrick Corbin is a candidate to make his 2015 debut Saturday against Colorado, manager Chip Hale said. Corbin, who missed 2014 after undergoing Tommy John surgery, was tentatively scheduled to make a final rehab start Thursday, but the Diamondbacks pulled him from that. Corbin was 14-8 with a 3.41 ERA in 2013, when he made the All-Star team. ... The Dodgers have not stolen a base in 23 consecutive games, the franchise's longest drought since 1900. ... The Dodgers do not play another National League West opponent until Aug. 31. The Diamondbacks have seven division games before Aug. 31.
