Diamondbacks 13, Phillies 3
PHOENIX -- Arizona Diamondbacks catcher Welington Castillo homered and tied a career high with four RBIs, and right fielder Yasmany Tomas and center fielder A.J. Pollock also homered in the Diamondbacks' 13-3 victory over the Philadelphia Phillies at Chase Field on Monday.
Castillo hit a bases-empty homer in the fifth inning and added a bases-loaded triple in a six-run sixth to help right-hander Rubby De La Rosa (10-5) become the National League's 12th 10-game winner.
Tomas had a bases-empty homer in the fourth inning, and Pollock hit a solo homer in the seventh. Pollock finished a double short of the cycle, had his 26th stolen base and scored three runs.
Phillies third baseman Maikel Franco had two hits, including his 13th homer, and second baseman Cesar Hernandez had two hits and an RBI.
De La Rosa gave up three runs in six innings while striking out three as the Diamondbacks (55-56) won for the third time in their last four games.
Arizona left fielder David Peralta had three hits and two RBIs, and Tomas had two RBIs.
Peralta's infield single with the bases loaded after an intentional walk to first baseman Paul Goldschmidt in the sixth inning broke an 0-for-20 streak for hitters who batted after an intentional walk to Goldschmidt this season. That run made it 7-3.
Castillo followed with his triple, and Tomas singled him in for an 11-3 lead.
Right-hander Aaron Harang (5-13) was charged with eight earned runs in 5 1/3 innings as the Phillies dropped to 45-68. They are 16-6 since the All-Star break.
The Phillies scored first. Catcher Carlos Ruiz doubled, took third when Peralta bobbled the ball and scored on first baseman Chase Utley's sacrifice fly for a 1-0 lead in the third inning.
Third baseman Jake Lamb doubled and scored on Goldschmidt's single to tie the game in the last of the third, and Tomas' homer made it 2-1 in the fourth inning.
Hernandez doubled in Utley to tie the game in the top of the fifth inning before the Diamondbacks scored three in their half of the inning.
Pollock tripled and Lamb walked before Goldschmidt hit a sacrifice fly to make it 3-2. Peralta doubled in Goldschmidt, but Peralta was retired attempting to take third.
Castillo's eighth homer in his last 12 games made it 5-2.
Franco homered in the sixth inning to trim the lead to 5-3.
