1. Houston Texans, Blake Bortles
Despite not being the best quarterback in the class, Bill O'Brien has taken somewhat of a fondness toward the former Central Florida quarterback. Size-wise, he is similar to Christian Hackenberg, who was O'Brien's star quarterback at Penn State. Bortles will likely have growing pains early on, but will come into his own, especially considering he has a wonderful supporting cast to ease into the professional level with.
2. St. Louis Rams (via Washington Redskins), Jadeveon Clowney
3. Jacksonville Jaguars, Teddy Bridgewater
After the failure that was Blaine Gabbert, the Jaguars are in the market for a franchise quarterback. Low key, the Jaguars supporting cast is serviceable and no other quarterback in this class would get more out of them than Bridgewater. Bridgewater will be able to be a solid, smart contributor on day one and will be able to conduct the offense with a veteran feel.
4. Cleveland Browns, Jake Matthews
5. Oakland Raiders, Sammy Watkins
6. Atlanta Falcons, Greg Robinson
7. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, CJ Mosley
8. Minnesota Vikings, Johnny Manziel
Last year, the Vikings had three different starting quarterbacks, but new head coach Mike Zimmer would like to get that number down to one. Manziel fills the most gaping hole on an explosive offense. With Manziel, the Vikings offense becomes much more versatile and terrifying. His presence will also take pressure off of Adrian Peterson.
9. Buffalo Bills, Eric Ebron
10. Detroit Lions, Ha Ha Clinton-Dix
11. Tennessee Titans, Khalil Mack
12. New York Giants, Xavier Su'a-Filo
13. St. Louis Rams, Kyle Fuller
14. Chicago Bears, Timmy Jernigan
15. Pittsburgh Steelers, Taylor Lewan
16. Dallas Cowboys, Aaron Donald
17. Baltimore Ravens, Ra'Shede Hageman
18. New York Jets, Jace Amaro
19. Miami Dolphins, Gabe Jackson
20. Arizona Cardinals, Derek Carr
The NFC West is littered with some of the NFL's best defenses. To counter that, Arizona needs the intelligence and understanding of the game that Carr brings. His strong arm will make him a solid fit in Arians' offense, especially with Larry Fitzgerald and Michael Floyd at his disposal.
21. Green Bay Packers, Jimmie Ward
22. Philadelphia Eagles, Jeremiah Attaochu
23. Kansas City Chiefs, Jason Verrett
24. Cincinnati Bengals, Darqueze Dennard
25. San Diego Chargers, Odell Beckham Jr.

66. Washington Redskins, Stephon Tuitt
67. Oakland Raiders, David Yankey
68. Atlanta Falcons, Crockett Gillmore
69. Tampa Bay Buccaneers, Chris Smith
70. Jacksonville Jaguars, Cam Fleming
71. Cleveland Browns, Aaron Murray
Shanahan’s system is tailored perfectly for Murray’s skill set. He is not a quarterback that will thrive when forced to make multiple reads, so Shanahan;s system will allow him to have a set receiver in which he can accurately hit. Murray’s ball placement is dependable on all levels of the field, but he may struggle when he is forced to improvise and move on from is initial read.
72. Minnesota Vikings, Dexter McDougle
73. Buffalo Bills, Kareem Martin
74. New York Giants, Ego Ferguson
75. St. Louis Rams, David Fales
The 2013 Rams went terribly downhill after Sam Bradford was injured. Even then, he may not be the quarterback to take them all the way. Not only does Fales provide immediate insurance as a solid backup, but he has the makings to be a future starter and may be able to allow St. Louis to move on from Bradford once his contract is up.
76. Detroit Lions, Chris Borland
77. San Francisco 49ers (via Tennessee Titans), Yawin Smallwood
78. Dallas Cowboys, Brandon Thomas
