4. Cleveland Browns - Derek Carr, Quarterback, Fresno State
5. Oakland Raiders - Johnny Manziel, Quarterback, Texas A&M

12. New York Giants - Anthony Barr, Linebacker, UCLA
13. St. Louis Rams - Kony Ealy, Defensive End, Missouri
14. Chicago Bears - Ra'Shede Hageman, Defensive Tackle, Minnesota

15. Pittsburgh Steelers - Eric Ebron, Tight End, North Carolina

Ebron is widely considered the top tight end in the draft, and he has incredible upside. In the role of the Vernon Davis type of tight end, Ebron can bring a dynamic dimension to the Steelers offense. Although they have incubent Heath Miller, his high cap number and the fact that he isn't overly impressive could very well lead to his release this offseason. The Ebron pick lets the Steelers get younger, faster, and overall better at the tight end position.

16. Dallas Cowboys - Aaron Donald, Defensive Tackle, Pittsburgh
17. Baltimore Ravens - Greg Robinson, Offensive Tackle, Auburn
18. New York Jets - Dee Ford, Linebacker, Auburn
19. Miami Dolphins - Xavier Su'a-Filo, Offensive Guard, UCLA

20. Arizona Cardinals - Jace Amaro, Tight End, Texas Tech

Amaro is the 1B to Ebron's 1A. Amaro is great in his own right, but just barely behind Ebron for most. The Cardinals have dealt with poor tight end play for years, and it's time to end that now. Amaro will come into Arizona and be the day one starter and a massive upgrade over the likes of Jim Dray and Rob Housler.

21. Green Bay Packers - Timmy Jernigan, Defensive Tackle, Florida State
22. Philadelphia Eagles - Jason Verrett, Corner, TCU
23. Kansas City Chiefs - DaQuan Jones, Defensive Tackle, Penn State
24. Cincinnati Bengals - Darqueze Dennard, Corner, Michigan State
25. San Diego Chargers - Jeremiah Attaochu, Linebacker, Georgia Tech
26. Cleveland Browns (Via Indianappolis) - Mike Evans, Wide Reciever, Texas A&M
27. New Orleans Saints - Justin Gilbert, Corner, Oklahoma State
28. Carolina Panthers - Odell Beckham Jr., Wide Receiver, LSU
29. New England Patriots - David Yankey, Offensive Guard, Stanford
30. San Francisco 49ers - Bradley Roby, Corner, Ohio State
31. Denver Broncos - Kyle Fuller, Corner, Virginia Tech
32. Seattle Seahawks - Zach Martin, Offensive Tackle, Notre Dame

Round Two

33. Houston Texans - Louis Nix, Defensive Tackle, Notre Dame
34. Washington Redskins - Cyrus Kouandjio, Offensive Tackle, Alabama
35. Jacksonville Jaguars - Dominique Easley, Defensive Tackle, Florida
36. Cleveland Browns - Kyle Van Noy, Linebacker, BYU
37. Oakland Raiders - James Gayle, Defensive End, Virginia Tech

38. Atlanta Falcons - Troy Niklas, Tight End, Notre Dame

The Falcons need to replace the retiring Tony Gonzalez this offseason, and right here the go with Niklas. Notre Dame has a recent history of producing tight ends, Niklas is the next in line to be drafted high. Niklas will step up and fill the void that Gonzalez has left behind. He's not in Tony G's world, not yet, but the Falcons need his replacement and they need it bad.

39. Tampa Bay Buccaneers - Trent Murphy, Defensive End, Stanford
40. Minnesota Vikings - Ryan Shazier, Linebacker, Ohio State
41. Buffalo Bills - Cyril Richardson, Offensive Guard, Baylor
42. Detroit Lions - Jordan Matthews, Wide Receiver, Vanderbilt
43. Tennessee Titans - Kelvin Benjamin, Wide Receiver, Florida State
44. New York Giants - Gabe Jackson, Offensive Guard, Mississippi State
45. St. Louis Rams - Jimmie Ward, Safety, Northern Illinois
46. Chicago Bears - Ahmad Dixon, Safety, Baylor
47. Pittsburgh Steelers - Stephon Tuitt, Defensive End, Notre Dame
48. Dallas Cowboys - Jackson Jeffcoat, Defensive End, Texas
49. Baltimore Ravens - Travis Swanson, Center, Arkansas

50. New York Jets - Austin Seferian-Jenkins, Tight End, Washington

Seen by many as a top ten pick after the 2012 college season, Austin has dropped down a lot of boards over the year. Seferian Jenkins is still a very good tight end and the Jets need one as Geno Smith relied on his tight ends a lot. Smith needs a better target, and Seferian-Jenkins is perfect in this situation. The Jets get a new weapon for their offense, and Smith has a very good security blanket to move forward.

51. Miami Dolphins - Morgan Moses, Offensive Tackle, Virginia
52. Arizona Cardinals - Jack Mewhort, Offensive Tackle, Ohio State
53. Green Bay Packers - Calvin Pryor, Safety, Louisville
54. Philadelphia Eagles - Allen Robinson, Wide Receiver, Penn State
55. San Francisco 49ers (Via Chiefs) - Weston Richburg, Center, Colorado State
56. Cincinnati Bengals - Will Sutton, Defensive Tackle, Arizona State
57. San Diego Chargers - Lamarcus Joyner, Safety, Florida State
58. Indianappolis Colts - Shayne Skov, Linebacker, Stanford
59. New Orleans Saints - Ego Ferguson, Defensive Tackle, LSU
60. Carolina Panthers - Stanley Jean-Baptiste, Corner, Nebraska
61. New England Patriots - Marqise Lee, Wide Receiver, USC
62. San Francisco 49ers - Donte Moncrief, Wide Receiver, Ole Miss
63. Denver Broncos - Deone Buccanon, Safety, Washington State
64. Seattle Seahawks - Jarvis Landry, Wide Receiver, LSU
