| Rank: | Name: | Opponent: | Note: |
| 1. | Carson Wentz | v. SF | In his second season, Wentz has established himself as a premium fantasy QB. San Francisco's defense allows second-most fantasy points to QBs as well. |
| 2. | Tom Brady | v. LAC | While Los Angeles' defense has allowed eighth-fewest fantasy points to QB, Brady at home is a much different animal and is locked in all season as a top-four play. |
| 3. | Kirk Cousins | v. DAL | While Dallas might have shutdown the 49ers' offense, Kirk Cousins will present significantly more problems than C.J. Beathard. Lock Cousins into your lineups. |
| 4. | Dak Prescott | @ WAS | The NFC East battle should turn into a shootout, especially after you look at the numbers Wentz put up versus this defense. Prescott is a weekly top-five QB. |
| 5. | Cam Newton | @ TB | This is a bad Bucs defense and after Tyrod Taylor threw for 268 yards and rushed for 53 yards, the floor for Newton should be even higher. Great DFS play. |
| 6. | Drew Brees | v. CHI | Brees remains one of the game's best QBs, but CHI allows seventh-fewest fantasy points per game to QBs. Start him if you own him, but not the ideal DFS play. |
| 7. | Philip Rivers | @ NE | Falcons' OC Steve Sarkisian ended the streak of 300-plus yard passers against New England's defense. Rivers will start a new streak this weekend. |
| 8. | Andy Dalton | v. IND | With the loss of FS Malik Hooker and CB Vontae Davis struggling, Cincinnati should burn the Colts' secondary deep multiple times this week. |
| 9. | Russell Wilson | v. HOU | HOU's defense is middle of the road in terms of FPPG allowed, but Wilson's rushing ability and an improving Seahawks' offense makes him a top-10 option. |
| 10. | Matt Ryan | @ NYJ | It's not the explosive offense it used to be, but NYJ allow the 12th-most FPPG to opposing QBs and the presence of Julio Jones keeps Ryan in the top 10. |
| 11. | Tyrod Taylor | v. OAK | Taylor rushed for 53 yards last week. It's that ability to add fantasy points to his line, in addition to a matchup against a bad defense, that makes him a solid play. |
| 12. | Deshaun Watson | @ SEA | While this is typically a matchup to avoid, especially in Seattle, Watson's dual-threat ability paired with the DeAndre Hopkins-Will Fuller combo, keeps him just inside the top-12 quarterbacks this week. |
| 13. | Josh McCown | v. ATL | McCown doesn't carry the name appeal, but he has two-plus touchdown in three consecutive weeks and New York will need to put up points against Atlanta. |
| 14. | Derek Carr | @ BUF | If Amari Cooper is back on track,, Oakland possesses two dangerous weapons. BUF's defense is tough, but Winston just threw for 384 and three scores. |
| 15. | Jameis Winston | v. CAR | Winston carries the risk of turnovers, but is almost a lock for 300-plus passing yards. While he hasn't taken the step forward many wanted, he is a top-15 play. |
| 16. | Case Keenum | @ CLE | Tennessee did not take advantage of a porous Browns' secondary, Minnesota should not repeat that mistake. If MIN attacks, Keenum is a great DFS play. |
| 17. | Ben Roethlisberger | @ DET | The Lions boast a top-10 pass defense and are coming off a bye week. Big Ben's days as a premium fantasy quarterback are in the past. |
| 18. | Alex Smith | v. DEN | Denver's secondary should find ways to limit Tyreek Hill's big-play ability. With constant pressure on Smith, the fantasy outlook is poor. |
| 19. | Matthew Stafford | v. PIT | Pittsburgh allows the second-fewest fantasy points per game to QBs and Detroit's conservative offense makes Stafford avoidable. |
| 20. | C.J. Beathard | @ PHI | Beathard's rushing ability adds some fantasy value and he'll need to throw when the Eagles get out to a big lead early in the game. |
