The Miami Dolphins are "concerned" about the injury starting quarterback Ryan Tannehill suffered during Thursday's training camp practice.
The injury itself appears to be to Tannehill's left knee, which is the same knee that saw him sufffer a torn ACL late last season.
Another report indicates that the Dolphins are "fearing the worst" as it relates to the injury.
There will likely be further updates on Tannehill's status later in the day. If he were to miss substantial time, veteran Matt Moore would take over under center. There's also a scenario here, depending on the severity of the injury, that Miami opts to take a look at free agent Colin Kaepernick.
Tannehill is coming off a 2016 campaign that saw him throw for nearly 3,000 yards with 19 touchdowns and 12 interceptions in 13 starts. His current preseason ADP has him valued as a bottom-end QB2 option.
