Kansas City Chiefs RB Charcandrick West and TE Travis Kelce Questionable to Play in Week 12

As the Kansas City Chiefs prepare to face the Buffalo Bills, in a battle that could have AFC Wild Card implications, the status of their two offensive playmakers is in doubt. Running back Charcandrick West (hamstring) and tight end Travis Kelce ankle are questionable to play on Sunday.

West, who suffered a hamstring strain last week against the San Diego Chargers, did not practice all week and it seems very unlikely that he is unable to play on Sunday. If he is unable to suit up, Kansas City will turn to Spencer Ware, who stepped in last week with 11 carries for 96 rushing yards after West had to leave the game. Ware is certainly a different style of back then West, but the 228 lb. back can win with his power, patience and movement.

Kelce comes in as a surprise addition to the injury report and the questionable tag will certainly scare some fantasy owners. Any time a player pops up on the injury report on the final day of practice there is certainly reason for concern but given it was just listed as a "tweak", it may not hold him out on Sunday. If Kelce is unable to suit up, Demetrius Harris will start in his place.
