Tackling the NFC South, Luke highlights the number one overall pick quarterback Jameis Winston and offers you insight as to why he offers you tremendous value in your fantasy draft, even as a rookie. While Winston will be a popular choice for fantasy owners this summer who are in dynasty leagues, Inman says there could be a diamond in the rough in the same division.
