Rockies 9, Dodgers 5: Michael Cuddyer homered, drove in three runs and scored three more as host Colorado salvaged the finale of the three-game series between the National League West rivals.

Wilin Rosario recorded two RBIs and DJ LeMahieu collected three hits for the Rockies, who snapped their three-game losing streak and won for just the third time in nine contests. Colorado's Carlos Gonzalez left the game for a pinch-hitter in the sixth inning after suffering a strained upper back during his at-bat in the fifth.

Adrian Gonzalez went 4-for-5 with a homer and two RBIs while Hanley Ramirez extended his hitting streak to 15 games with a ninth-inning single for Los Angeles, which had its four-game winning streak halted. Matt Kemp also went deep and Yasiel Puig had an RBI single after exiting Wednesday's contest with a bruised left hip.

Cuddyer, whose franchise-record 27-game hitting streak came to an end Tuesday, delivered a two-run double during a four-run third against Chris Capuano (2-6) as the Rockies took a 5-2 lead. He walked and scored in the fifth before leading off the seventh with his 15th home run of the season, which made it 9-4.

Jhoulys Chacin (8-3) extended his winning streak to five games despite allowing four runs and nine hits over 5 2/3 innings. The right-hander, who is unbeaten in his last nine starts, tossed 15 scoreless frames over his last two outings.

GAME NOTEBOOK: Kemp homered for the second straight day, while Adrian Gonzalez went deep in his third consecutive contest. ... Cuddyer has hit safely in 29 of his last 30 games. ... Capuano was tagged for six runs - five earned - and seven hits in 4 1/3 innings. The veteran left-hander has surrendered 13 runs over eight frames in his last two starts.
