Rockies 5, Phillies 3

Troy Tulowitzki hit a two-run homer and Wilin Rosario added a solo shot as Colorado won for only the fourth time in its last 20 tries in Philadelphia.

Jorge De La Rosa (13-6) yielded three hits and three runs (two earned) in 6 1/3 innings to record his third straight victory for the Rockies, who improved to 9-25 in their last 34 road games. Rafael Betancourt pitched a perfect ninth for his 16th save in his first opportunity since returning from the disabled list (appendicitis).

Tyler Cloyd (2-3), called up from Triple-A Lehigh Valley to replace John Lannan (knee) in the rotation, allowed five runs and eight hits while striking out six in six innings as the Phillies fell to 7-22 since the All-Star break. Chase Utley and Domonic Brown drove in runs for Philadelphia.

Tulowitzki crushed a 1-2 fastball over the wall in left in the first inning for his second homer in as many nights and Michael Cuddyer followed with a double, eventually scoring on a wild pitch. The Rockies added single runs on Dexter Fowler's two-out RBI single in the second and Rosario's two-out blast in the third.

Colorado first baseman Todd Helton, who went 0-for-4 on his 40th birthday, committed his first error of the season, allowing a run to score and paving the way for two more to cross the plate in the third inning. Utley's RBI single and Brown's sacrifice fly followed Helton's fielding miscue.
