Brewers 7, Rockies 6 (14)

Prince Fielder launched a game-ending two-run homer to right field in the 14th inning to give the Milwaukee Brewers a 7-6 victory over the Colorado Rockies on Friday.

The Rockies let three leads get away, including two in extra innings.

Colorado led 4-3 when Casey McGehee blasted a solo home run in the eighth to tie it, and took a 5-4 lead when Seth Smith tripled home Alfredo Amezaga with two outs in the 13th. But Yuniesky Betancourt launched a home run to lead off the bottom half against Rockies closer Huston Street, who blew his second save.

Dexter Fowler gave the Rockies a 6-5 lead with a single in the 14th off Mike McClendon (1-0), but Colorado dropped to 0-4 in extra-inning games when Fielder blasted his 10th home run off Felipe Paulino (0-4), who had walked Ryan Braun.

Rockies starting pitcher Jason Hammel gave Colorado a 2-1 lead with a two-run homer in the third, and Jason Giambi, who hit a career-high three home runs Thursday, added another Friday, his fifth of the season.

Braun, who left Thursday's game with a sore left shoulder, went 1-for-5 with an RBI to extend his hitting streak to 10 games.

Rockies star Carlos Gonzalez was held out of the lineup with a strained groin, but pinch-hit in the 10th and flied out to the warning track.

The Brewers improved to 14-6 at home, the best mark in the National League.
