Raul Ibanez had an RBI double in the seventh for Philadelphia (69-39), which won its fourth straight.
Antonio Bastardo (5-0) tossed a scoreless inning of relief and Ryan Madson retired the side in the 10th for his 19th save.
After Mayberry tied the game with two outs by rocketing a shot over the left-field fence off Huston Street, Victorino belted his 10th homer of the season off Rex Brothers (1-2).
Seth Smith launched a two-run homer and Chris Iannetta also went deep for Colorado, which has dropped seven of its last eight to Philadelphia.
