Rockies 4, Brewers 0

Juan Nicasio allowed four hits in seven innings and Todd Helton drove in two runs as the Colorado Rockies defeated the visiting Milwaukee Brewers 4-0 on Friday night.

Dexter Fowler and Mark Ellis each scored a pair of runs, and Troy Tulowitzki added an RBI double among two hits for the Rockies, who have won their first two games out of the All-Star break and four of five overall.

Nicasio (4-2) faced the minimum through the first three innings. The 24-year-old rookie, who struck out four, has two scoreless appearances among his last three starts.

Colorado manufactured a run in the first when recently recalled speedster Dexter Fowler scored on a wild pitch by Chris Narveson (6-6).

Helton provided some breathing room with an RBI single in the third, and Tulowitzki's double came in the fifth. Helton added an RBI single in the seventh.

Nyjer Morgan and Prince Fielder had two hits apiece for the Brewers.
