Rockies 12, Braves 10

Troy Tulowitzki delivered a two-out single in the bottom of the eighth to cap a huge comeback for the Colorado Rockies as they downed the Atlanta Braves, 12-10, on Wednesday.

The Braves took control early, building up a 10-1 lead in the third before Colorado answered back. The Rockies chipped away at the deficit and tied it in the bottom of the eighth on a two-run single by Carlos Gonzalez.

Tulowitzki then cashed in to score Dexter Fowler, and Todd Helton followed with another RBI single to close out the four-run inning.

Seth Smith homered and drove in a pair and Ryan Spilborghs and Fowler drove in two runs each.

Matt Belisle picked up the win to move to 6-4 on the year, while Jonny Venters (4-2) took his fourth blown save in the loss.

Martin Prado had two hits, three RBIs and scored twice for Atlanta. Derrek Lee had two hits, equaling his total since joining the Braves last weekend. Brian McCann had four hits and Omar Infante drove in a pair with his seventh homer of the year.
