Rockies 9, Mets 4 (Game 2)
Troy Tulowitzki and Jonathan Herrera hit home runs during a six-run sixth inning to rally Colorado from a two-run deficit as the visiting Rockies finished off a four-game sweep of the New York Mets with a 9-4 victory Thursday at Citi Field.
The Rockies came from behind to win all four games of the series, including both ends of a doubleheader Thursday.
New York led 4-2 before Tulowitzki led off the sixth with his National League-leading seventh home run. Herrera added a three-run shot later in the inning, his first of the season.
Mets starter Chris Capuano (1-1) didn't make it out of the sixth, allowing seven runs on eight hits while walking two and striking out five in 5 2/3 innings.
Rockies lefthander Jorge De La Rosa, who suffered from blisters after his last start, struck out seven in 6 2/3 innings for the win. De La Rosa (2-0) allowed four runs on five hits and walked four.
Todd Helton went 3-for-5 and Dexter Fowler was 2-for-5 with two RBIs for Colorado, which is 7-1 on the road after going 31-50 away from home last season.
Jose Reyes and Mike Nickeas drove in two runs apiece for the Mets, who have lost five straight.
